  • Work with the project management and the organisation to obtain the information to set up the project objectives
  • Obtain the information about project funding and carry out the analysis of the project business standard case; prepare the project budget, obtain the project target, and evaluate the final funding.
  • Set up the quality criteria as per project requirement, carry out the project risks analysis, managing the project risks, communicate the project risks and assess the project risks

How do we do this?

  • Assess the business case with the business
  • Work closely with internal  and external stakeholders to understand the roles within the business deployment
  • Participate in the project plan and assess all tollgates to support on decision making
  • FitGap analysis on the current business vs available business process and assess the scope scope of the business. Update all business processes and ensure the business to be fully embedded.
  • Ensure the Management  Reporting to  align with  statutorily and management purposes 
  • Participate in data cleansing, SIT, UAT, Training, and Hypercare supports
